Our PEAK HIIT Fitness Classes consist of an hour of integrated fitness training. Every session includes a dynamic warm-up that focuses on the activation of the core muscles. The bulk of the workout is a circuit of high-intensity intervals with limited rest to transition between exercises designed to improve muscular and cardiovascular endurance, strength, & power. A core strengthening section anchors the workout with a full body stretch to complete the session.

PEAK HIIT Fitness Classes are limited to a maximum of 8-10 clients/participants with 1-2 PEAK Athletics Coaches, providing for a more individually focused fitness class. Our goal is to teach & coach proper form & technique to prevent injury & enhance performance. We keep the groups limited to 8-10 participants to maintain a low client-to-coach ratio to ensure that every client is closely supervised, spotted, cued to proper form & motivated!
